Pharmacist review and phone consult
Every order is reviewed by a compounding pharmacist, who must speak with you by phone before dispensing – this is a requirement under Australian pharmacy and PSA guidelines. The call ensures the formulation is safe, appropriate and tailored to your needs. It usually takes place the same day your intake form is received, or the next business day if submitted late or after hours.
